T2 Ridge Consulting was founded in 2022 by Rob C Thomas II, former four-time Federal CIO at VA, DHS, and U.S. Air Force. He last served as acting Assistant Secretary, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and CIO at Veterans Affairs where he oversaw the day-to-day activities of VA’s $5 billion IT budget and more than 26,000 government and contract personnel to ensure that VA had the IT tools and services needed to support our Nation’s Veterans. Mr. Thomas previously served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for OI&T’s Enterprise Program Management Office, directing all aspects of the portfolio, program, and project management process and providing strategic leadership over all software development, testing, delivery, and sustainment.
